As Project Management Consultants to the trust, in association with Shashi Prabhu & Associates, we guide the redevelopment of its Mahim property from inception to completion — technical advisory, tender formulation and developer selection, through to rebuilt homes for tenants on ownership basis and the realisation of the sale component. Tenders have been issued, and the selection of a developer is currently underway.
