Kalpak Sadhna

Kalpak Sadhna began as a ground-plus-ten proposal for Kalpak alone, with plans prepared and submitted to the department for approval. When the neighbouring Sadhna society chose to join, the brief changed entirely. Planned together as one amalgamated plot, the building now rises to 70 m, approximately 21 floors, and replaces the mechanical parking Kalpak alone would have needed with podium parking. The amalgamation worked in favour of the members of both societies, and the combined planning gave a small plot the justice it deserved.
